YouTube is a great way to share information through videos. My girls love to get on the site and watch music videos. I wish there was a way to filter the content; some of the videos are highly inappropriate for children to see and hear. There are components of YouTube that would work nicely in a library website. Students could view videos downloaded by other students and teachers. I picked this video because it discusses the American Revolution and I want to teach Social Studies. I decide to go with this one because Schoolhouse Rock did it. Who doesn't love Schoolhouse Rock?
